Process

How a project comes together.

Four chapters, always in this order, always with the same two founders.

How we work

Four chapters, one continuous make.

Every project moves through the same four scenes. Keep scrolling and watch each one take over from the last.

Chapter 02

Shape the idea

Sketches, models and honest conversation. We test nine directions on paper before anything is made, so the tenth is the right one.

Chapter 03

Make it properly

Craft is a schedule, not a mood. Every typeface is tested, every frame is drawn, every file is named by a person who has to open it later.

  • 9directions tested
  • 3rounds of critique
  • 0surprises

Chapter 04

Fire it.

We launch with you, stay for the first ninety days and hand over everything: files, systems and the reasoning behind them.

Life in the studio

A day that respects the rest of your day.

No heroics, no pointless meetings. A rhythm we actually keep.

What we believe

We believe good work is made Hands working clay slowly, by people who listen first, draw A pot on the wheel second and fire last. We would rather make fewer things, with better hands, that A finished pot hold up longer than their owners expect.

Ready when you are.

We start with a paid two-week discovery and a fixed price.
